Through responsive and trauma-informed workshops, we empower individuals to deepen self-awareness, strengthen connections, and actively engage in their healing journey

Our Story
Alicia Freeman is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Freeman Counseling and Consulting, which provides individual therapy and workplace wellness solutions. Since beginning her career in mental health, Alicia has worked extensively with individuals navigating both emotional challenges and substance use issues. Her clinical specialties include trauma, grief, substance use, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Alicia is also a Nationally Certified Counselor and serves as a subject matter expert for NBCC.

Charlene M. Jackson is the founder of Mosaic Counseling and Wellness. She brings 15+ years of experience across Child Protective Services (CPS) substance use treatment, and higher education. Currently pursuing a PHD in Counseling Psychology, her research centers Black women and high functioning depression.

Tameka Thompson is the founder of Xcellence Counseling and Wellness. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, family conflict, and relationship issues. Her practice integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT) to foster healing in families and individuals.
